Hosted by Mamarazzi and Crazymama

This week Mamarazzi and Crazymama is celebrating the ONE YEAR Anniversary of We Want to Know...so link up for YOUR chance to win!!  WWTK participants are asking the questions, so here we go....

Vandy @ http://tttandme.blogspot.com/ wants to know:
{one} What is your quirkiest habit?

I constantly kick my leg/foot when I'm sitting down.  I cannot help it, and I mean I really kick it.  I am sure that a lot of people have wanted to grab my leg and grit their teeth.  I just can't be still.  Sometimes I think about Diana Keaton in Baby Boom when in the conference room and the guy says, "what is that banging"?  That would be me...

D @ http://beneaththesurfaceanewbeginning.blogspot.com/ wants to know:
{two}What TV show do you always stop to watch?

Nothing!  I do not like or love anything on TV anymore.  Don't watch it very much except Food Network.  I am currently stalking Ree Drummond @ The Pioneer Woman and Trisha Yearwood's new cooking show, but I do not stop my life to watch them.

Vanessa @ http://www.jfamforlife.com wants to know:
{three} What do you miss most about being a kid?

My mother.  I miss having her to run to with problems.  I miss her cooking.  I miss her smile and laughter.

Jolene @ http://richjmylife.blogspot.com wants to know:
{four} How many siblings do you have?

I have one brother.  He is just slightly older than me.  We have always and still are very close.  We talk weekly on the phone, sometimes more.  We double dated, attended dances together, he taught me to drive, he threw me off the back of his dirt bike, not on purpose, but there I was on my knees in the dirt.  Everyone thought we were twins.  We take trips together, he is my date on ocassion when I need one.  He is my best friend and my only immediate family member living.

Kenzie @ http://cbmommyhood.blogspot.com wants to know:
{five} How do you get yourself out of a funk?

Call my brother, he usually points out how silly I am being and almost always makes me laugh.  I don't get in a funk very often, but when I do, I remind myself that it does not take long to look down my nose and see someone who has much larger problems than me.

If you have not done so before, go over and visit WWTK and find out more about some of your bloggy friends and join in for a chance to win $25 for a visit to Target!!

Love and hugs, have a fabulous day.
Ginger

  1. I tap my feet or drum my fingers, but definitely not to an extreme haha. It couldn't be that bad, could it?
I don't blame you for not really watching TV, some of the shows on now days are ridiculous!
That's great that you have such a supportive and funny brother! Having someone there for you to help you out of your funk is a great thing. I always call my best friend, she is so good to deal with me haha!

  2. Your brother sounds a lot like mine - he's one of the few I turn to when I need to get out of a funk!!

  4. Oh how I miss my momma too. No one like your mom. Just think of the extra shaking of your leg as extra calories burned.

  5. Great answers! Mama Timmie (Big Mama's mom) always kicked her leg like that! I am sick (I caught it) and Shanley is home with strep, so we are in pitiful shape around here!

  6. So sorry about your mom. I couldn't imagine not having my mom to go to when things get hard. I'm fortunate she is still around right now.

    Enjoyed your post!

  10. YOur #1 answer made me laugh. I love baby boom and that scene when she's in the conference room! My husband shakes his legs when he's tired and needs to be awake and it drives me BONKERS!

Your # 3 answer made me cry!
