This Ole Man Sighting Two!

This past Sunday was the Sister's of Charity at Nazareth's annual picnic.  Guess who was there?  This Ole Man and he was not alone.  The story goes that he showed up about three years ago during Halloween.  His name is Henry.   He became so popular with the residents and the tourists that he is now quiet a celebrity.  He probably has more photo shots than George Clooney!  Seriously.  The next fall, the story goes, that he met a lovely lady, they fell in love and got married.  Enter Harriet.
They were so lovey dovey at the picnic.  Get a room, would you!  Just kidding, but they look pretty happy, don't you think?  Back to the story, after they married, they went to Hawaii for their honeymoon.  I'm not kidding, there is a postcard, post marked by the United States Postal Service, from the postmaster in Hawaii saying and I quote "Henry and Herritt arrived safely and are having a wonderful time"!

So now, they live happily ever after at the Village #1 in Nazareth's.  From what I've been told, they will be very busy this fall with all the festivities that go on here in Bardstown!

How sweet is this?  Who knows, next time we see them, they could have a family!

Have a happy day!  :D

  5. Well, I feel a little goofy because I didn't realize the other day that he wasn't real. I must have my eyes checked! But am happy to find that he is not a lonely guy and still "gets around"!
